No Refund Policy
 

All purchases, packages, memberships, consultations, and services provided by MAVIS nutrition co. are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes:

• Nutrition consultations

• Coaching services

• Programs or packages

• Memberships

• Digital products or educational materials

• Missed appointments

By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

​

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for refund or credit.

 

Late Arrivals

​

Clients arriving late may have their session shortened in order to respect scheduled appointments. Full session fees still apply.
